2型糖尿病患者血清铁蛋白水平与胰岛β细胞功能的相关性

Correlation between serum Ferritin Levels and Pancreaticβ-cell Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平与血糖、胰岛β细胞分泌功能等因素的关系。方法纳入2018年1月—2020年4月复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院内分泌科住院的142例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分别检测SF水平,糖化血红蛋白,空腹和盐酸精氨酸刺激后2、4、6 min的血糖、胰岛素、C肽水平。结果2型糖尿病女性患者的血清SF水平(经平方根转换以符合正态分布)明显低于男性患者[(15.6±6.3)vs(21.1±6.6)];Pearson相关性分析和多元线性回归分析发现,无论性别,2型糖尿病患者血清SF与糖化血红蛋白存在显著正相关性(P<0.05);2型糖尿病患者血清SF与HOMA-β、精氨酸刺激试验中胰岛素的增值(ΔI)、胰岛素/血糖的增值(ΔI/G),C肽的增值(ΔCP)、C肽/血糖的增值(ΔCP/G)评估的胰岛功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者SF与糖化血红蛋白水平显著正相关,与胰岛β细胞分泌功能无明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum ferritin(SF)levels and blood glucose,pancreaticβcell function and other factors.Methods The 142 participants involved in this study were inpatients of department of Endocrinology,Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)from January 2018 to April 2020.The SF,glycated hemoglobin,as well as blood glucose,insulin,C-peptide of fasting and 2,4,6 minutes after arginine stimulation were detected.Results The female patients had significantly lower SF levels(square root transformed to obey normal distribution)compared to male[(15.6±6.3)vs(21.1±6.6)];Pearson correlation analysis and Multiple Linear Regression revealed a positive correlation between SF levels and glycated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetic patients(P<0.05);No significant differences were observed between type 2 diabetic patients’SF levels and HOMA-β,insulin increments(ΔI),insulin/blood glucose increments(ΔI/G),C-peptide increments(ΔCP)or C-peptide/blood glucose increments(ΔCP/G)in the arginine stimulation test(P>0.05).Conclusion SF levels in type 2 diabetic patients were positively correlated with glycosylated hemoglobin,and not correlated with pancreaticβcell function.
