城区老年糖尿病患者服药依从性影响因素和干预措施探索

Influencing Factors and Intervention Measures for Medication Compliance of Elderly Diabetic Patients in Urban Areas

目的探讨中心城区老年糖尿病患者服药依从性相关影响因素,寻找有效干预手段。方法2019年12月—2020年1月,在上海中心城区共调查老年糖尿病患者264例,调查一般情况、病情状况、生化指标、服药依从性量表、服药信念量表、自我管理量表等信息,运用单因素方差分析和Logistic回归分析来研究服药依从性的影响因素,分析并寻找有效干预手段。结果纳入老年糖尿病患者264例,其中服药依从性较好的比例为65.15%。对该人群的服药依从性进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示服药信念(BMQ)维度差值大、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)饮食和运动得分高、年龄大、受教育程度高、糖化值低的患者服药依从性较高。结论患者服药信念和自我管理水平是改善服药依从性的切入点,发挥家庭医生团队和同伴志愿者的优势可以提升服药依从性。

Objective To investigate the factors related to medication compliance of elderly diabetic patients in central urban areas,and to find effective intervention methods.Methods From December 2019 to January 2020,a total of 264 elderly diabetic patients were surveyed in the downtown area of Shanghai,and the general condition,condition,biochemical indicators,medication compliance scale,medication belief scale,self-management scale,etc.were investigated Information,using one-way analysis of variance and logistic regression analysis to study the influencing factors of medication compliance,analyze and find effective intervention methods.Results 264 elderly diabetic patients were enrolled,and 65.15%of them had good medication compliance.logistic regression analysis was performed on the medication compliance of this population,and the results showed that the dimensional difference of medication belief(BMQ)was large,the diabetic self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)diet and exercise scores were high,the age was high,the education level was high,and the glycation value with low medication compliance were higher.Conclusion The patient's belief in taking medication and the level of self-management are the entry points to improve medication compliance.Taking advantage of the family doctor team and companion volunteers can improve medication compliance.
