血糖控制联合康复治疗对糖尿病合并脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Blood Glucose Control Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Dysphagia in Patients with Diabetes and Stroke

目的探究与分析血糖控制联合康复治疗在糖尿病合并脑卒中患者吞咽障碍临床治疗过程中的效果。方法选取该院自2018年4月—2020年4月收治的120例糖尿病合并脑卒中吞咽困难患者,采取随机数表法进行分组,对照组与观察组各60例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加强对患者的血糖控制治疗,对比两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白值、各项血糖指标达标率、日常生活能力评分、吞咽障碍评分。结果观察组患者治疗干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白值、各项血糖指标达标率、日常生活能力评分、吞咽障碍评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗的基础上应用有效的血糖控制治疗,对糖尿病合并脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的临床治疗中具有明显更好的疗效,可大大改善患者日常生活能力以及吞咽功能,并控制血糖水平,值得在糖尿病合并脑卒中患者临床康复治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of blood sugar control combined with rehabilitation therapy in the clinical treatment of dysphagia in patients with diabetes and stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes and stroke dysphagia admitted in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into groups by random number table.The control group and the observation group each had 60 cases.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment.The observation group strengthened the treatment of blood glucose control on the basis of the control group,and compared the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin value,compliance rate of various blood glucose indicators,daily living ability score,and dysphagia score between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin value,compliance rate of various blood glucose indicators,daily living ability score,and dysphagia score of the observation group after treatment intervention were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of effective blood glucose control therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy has a significantly better effect in the clinical treatment of dysphagia in patients with diabetes complicated with stroke,which can greatly improve the patients'ability of daily living and swallowing function,and control the blood glucose,it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical rehabilitation of patients with diabetes and stroke.
