盐酸二甲双胍与瑞格列奈联用治疗糖尿病的临床效果及有效率分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Effective Rate of Combined Treatment of Metformin Hydrochloride and Repaglinide in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的观察盐酸二甲双胍与瑞格列奈联用治疗糖尿病的临床效果及有效率。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月收治的256例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照患者治疗用药不同分为研究组和对照组,各128例患者。其中,研究组患者采用盐酸二甲双胍结合瑞格列奈用药,对照组采用常规用药,观察两组患者治疗的临床疗效、血糖水平、症状改善情况、腰围、体质指数以及生活质量评分。结果①两组患者临床疗效对比,研究组为98.44%,对照组为88.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组治疗前血糖水平评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗前症状改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组治疗后症状改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④两组患者治疗后腰围及体质指数变化情况对比,研究组显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑤治疗前两组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者治疗中采用盐酸二甲双胍配合瑞格列奈治疗价值较高,可推广到临床。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and effective rate of metformin hydrochloride combined with repaglinide in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 256 diabetic patients admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into experimental and control groups according to the different treatment drugs of the patients,with 128 patients in each group.Among them,the study group of patients were treated with metformin hydrochloride combined with repaglinide,and the control group was treated with conventional medications.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,symptom improvement,waist circumference,body mass index and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was 98.44%in the study group and 88.28%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Glucose before treatment between the two groups had no statistically significant difference in level scores(P>0.05),but the study group was significantly better than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the improvement of symptoms in the study group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The changes of waist circumference and body mass index in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the study group was significantly better than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic patients with metformin hydrochloride and repaglinide is of higher value and can be extended to the clinic.
