对比沙格列汀、达格列净在血糖控制不佳肥胖2型糖尿病治疗中的应用效果

Compare the Effects of Saxagliptin and Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Obese Type 2 Diabetes (T2DM) with Poor Blood Glucose Control

目的对比沙格列汀、达格列净在血糖控制不佳肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)治疗中的应用效果。方法血糖控制不佳肥胖T2DM患者100例为该院2019年9月—2021年2月收治,随机分为对照组、观察组。前组应用沙格列汀治疗,后组应用达格列净治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平、血脂水平、脂肪细胞功能、氧化应激因子水平、血清补体水平以及血液流变学指标。结果两组治疗前比较血糖水平、血脂水平、脂肪细胞功能、氧化应激因子水平、血清补体水平、血液流变学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后上述指标改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为血糖控制不佳肥胖T2DM患者应用达格列净治疗可取得明显的效果,建议在临床广泛应用并推广。

Objective To compare the application effect of the Saxagliptin and Dapagliflozin in the treatment of inappropriate obesity T2DM treatment.Methods 100 patients with poor fat T2DM patients in patients with blood glucose control were admitted in the hospital from September 2019 to February 2021,and randomly divided into control group,observation group.The former group was used to use Saxagliptin treatment,and the post-group application Dapagliflozin treatment,compared the blood glucose levels before and after treatment,blood lipid level,fat cell function,oxidative germplasm,serum complement level,and hemorrhosis index.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level,blood lipid level,fat cell function,oxidative stress factor level,serum complement level,and hemorheological indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was excellent after treatment In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to be widely used in clinical use of Dapagliflozin treatment for patients with octopurized fat T2DM patients.
