阿卡波糖片联合瑞格列奈分散片治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Acarbose Tablets Combined with Repaglinide Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in the Elderly in the Community

目的探讨阿卡波糖片联合瑞格列奈分散片治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月62例社区老年2型糖尿病患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=31),对照组采用阿卡波糖片治疗,观察组在阿卡波糖片治疗的基础上加用瑞格列奈分散片。对比两组的临床疗效、血糖水平、肝功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者ALT、AST、TBil水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者直接药物成本、不良反应成本和总成本显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖片联合瑞格列奈分散片可显著提高患者的临床疗效,提高对患者血糖控制水平,改善患者肝功能指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide dispersible tablets in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes in the community.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in the community from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for the study,and they were divided into an observation group(n=31)and a control group(n=31)using a random number table method.The control group with acarbose tablets were used for treatment,and the observation group was treated with repaglinide dispersible tablets on the basis of acarbose tablets.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,liver function indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of ALT,AST and TBil in the observation group were significant lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The direct drug cost,adverse reaction cost and total cost of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide dispersible tablets can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the level of blood glucose control in patients,and improve the liver function indicators of patients.
