终末期糖尿病肾病患者血液透析护理中行细节管理干预后对低血压等并发症的影响

Effect of Detailed Management Intervention on Complications Like Hypotension in Hemodialysis Nursing of Patients with End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究在终末期糖尿病肾病患者血液透析护理中行细节管理干预后对低血压等并发症的影响。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年10月收治的102例终末期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组(52例,在血液透析护理中加用细节管理干预)和对照组(50例,采用常规血液透析护理),比较两组患者的营养状况和生活质量、透析后并发症、SAS和SDS评分、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的PG-SGA评分、EORTCQLQ-C30评分、SDS和SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的PG-SGA评分、EORTCQLQ-C30评分、SDS和SAS评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组不良反应发生率和满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在终末期糖尿病肾病的血液透析护理中采取细节管理,可有效提升患者的营养状况和生活质量,降低透析后并发症发生率,改善焦虑抑郁情况,提升护理满意度,值得参考。

Objective To explore the influence of detailed management intervention on hypotension and other complications in the hemodialysis care of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods 102 cases of end-stage diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(52 cases,detailed management intervention in hemodialysis care)and control group(50 cases,using routine hemodialysis nursing).Nutritional status and quality of life,complications after dialysis,SAS and SDS scores,and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in PG-SGA score,EORTCQLQ-C30 score,SDS and SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the PG-SGA score,EORTCQLQ-C30 score,SDS and SAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed management in hemodialysis nursing of end-stage diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications after dialysis,improve anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
