摘要
目的分析探究给予慢性心衰合并糖尿病(DM)患者专病一体化饮食护理模式对患者营养状态所产生的影响。方法以该院于2019年6月—2020年12月收治的慢性心衰合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,共计84例,选用随机数表法将纳选对象均匀划分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组在护理期间选用常规护理,观察组应用专病一体化饮食护理干预,对比评估护理效果,以患者营养状态、生活质量评分、护理满意度、血糖指标作为具体观察指标。结果观察组护理满意度为97.62%,对照组护理满意度为80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05);护理前,两组患者营养状态对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组营养状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.231、5.850、9.487,P<0.05);护理前,两组患者血糖水平对比,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各项生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心衰合并糖尿病患者护理期间应用专病一体化饮食护理模式具有理想的应用价值,对于提高生活质量具有积极意义,在改善机体营养状态的同时可以提升患者自护能力以及生活质量评分,患者对于此护理模式的满意度较高,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of integrated diet nursing mode on nutritional status of patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were taken as the research object.The random number table method was used to divide the selected subjects into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group chooses routine nursing during the nursing period,and the observation group uses the integrated diet nursing intervention for specific diseases.To compare and evaluate nursing effects,take the patient's nutritional status,quality of life scores,nursing satisfaction,and blood glucose indicators as specific observation indicators.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.62%,and the nursing satisfaction degree of the control group was 80.95%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the nutritional status of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.231,5.850,9.487,P<0.05);before nursing,the difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of ideal application value to apply the disease-specific integrated diet care model during the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes.It is of positive significance for improving the quality of life.It can improve the self-care ability and the quality of life score of the patient while improving the nutritional status of the body.The patient's satisfaction with this nursing model is relatively high,which is worth learning and promoting.
