摘要
针对普通的手动液压模具完全靠人工装模、装料、脱模取料、卸模及维护的不便等缺陷,而设计了一套半自动化组合模架。通过新设计的模架将上下冲及中模组合在一起,替代人工每生产一件产品都需要装卸模取料等工序。半自动化组合设计的模架既提高了车间的生产效率,又保障了工人操作时的安全,且不需要每生产一件产品都需要装卸翻转模具.
In view of the defects of ordinary manual hydraulic die,which is completely dependent on human tooling,loading,stripping,unloading and maintenance,a set of semiautomatic combined die was designed.Through the new design of the die frame will be up and down punching and die combination together,instead of manual production of each product need to load and unload the mold and take material and other processes,so that the efficiency is low.The semi-automatic combination design of the mold not only improves the production efficiency of the workshop,but also guarantees the safety of workers when operating,and it is not necessary to load and unload and turn the mold for each product produced.
