摘要
分析了瓶盖的技术要求,为了保证瓶盖外形和螺纹不受损伤,采用多头大螺距螺杆来驱动型芯旋转,从而顺利脱出塑件。为了达到使用要求,在模具采用了一些特殊的设计。
This article states the analysis of the technical requirements regarding bottle caps.To ensure that the shape and thread of the bottle cap remain undamaged,a multi-head large-pitch screw stem is used to drive the mold core to rotate so that the plastic part could be pulled out smoothly.Some special designs are adopted in the mold to achieve the requirements.
