摘要 基于3D的检测方法应用非常广泛,它广泛应用在汽车、飞机等复杂冲压零件的检测中,为成形工艺优化提供基础的测量数据,对提高复杂零件的成形精度具有至关重要的作用。而在3D检测过程中,三维扫描的精度非常关键,它直接影响了后面的检测精度。所以,对影响扫描精度的因素做分析,找出改进措施是3D检测的一个非常重要的工作。探讨了在三维扫描过程中,影响扫描精度的因素及改进措施。 3D-based inspection methods are widely used.It is widely used in the inspection of complex stamping parts such as automobiles and airplanes.It provides basic measurement data for forming process optimization and plays a vital role in improving the forming accuracy of complex parts.In the process of 3D inspection,the accuracy of 3D scanning is very critical,which directly affects the accuracy of subsequent inspections.Therefore,it is a very important task of 3D inspection to analyze the factors that affect the scanning accuracy and find out improvement measures.This article mainly discusses the factors that affect the scanning accuracy and improvement measures in the three-dimensional scanning process.
