摘要
从工艺路线的选择,加工程序的编制以及仿真验证加工效果3方面进行了探究,分析了放射加工和等高加工两种圆锥台面常用加工方法。使用FANUC 0i数控系统宏指令编制宏程序,并进行实物仿真校验,进一步验证加工工艺路线以及加工程序的精确性。本研究为数控铣削加工中更快更好地实现合格圆锥台面加工提供了编程思路与加工策略。
This paper analyzes two common processing methods of conical mesa, namely radial machining and contour machining, from three aspects: the choice of process route, the preparation of machining program and the simulation verification of machining effect. The macro program of FANUC 0 i numerical control system was compiled with macro instructions, and the physical simulation was carried out to further verify the accuracy of the machining process route and the machining program. The research scheme provides programming ideas and processing strategies for faster and better processing of qualified cone mesa in NC milling.
