摘要
介绍了NX和VERICUT软件的功能特点,以三叉零件为对象,阐述了使用NX软件进行数控程序编制和使用VERICUT软件进行数控加工仿真的一般步骤和过程,最后使用多轴机床DMG DMU65 monoBlock完成零件的加工,验证程序和刀具、夹具的正确性。为数控零件的多轴加工降低出错率,提高效率提供思路和方法.
This paper introduces the functions and characteristics of NX and VERICUT software, taking the three-pronged parts as the object, the general steps and processes of using NX software for NC programming and using VERICUT software for NC machining simulation are expounded. Finally, the multi-axis machine tool DMG DMU65 Mono Block is used to complete the machining of the parts, and the correctness of the program, tool and fixture is verified.It provides ideas and methods for reducing error rate and improving efficiency of multi-axis machining of NC parts.
