水利工程质量监督管理机制及指标体系研究

Study on the mechanism and index system of water conservancy project quality supervision and management

工程质量管理是水利工程监督管理的核心部分,而如何评价施工企业的工程质量管理水平是提高水利工程质量监管效率的重要方面。从建设工程质量监督机构的角度,建立了施工企业工程质量监督管理机制及指标体系,以识别出重点监管项目和部位,提升水利工程监管效率。设计实例分析结果表明,实验组监督管理延迟时间更短,能够解决传统水利工程质量监督管理延迟时间长的问题。

Project quality management is the core part of water conservancy project supervision and management,and how to evaluate the project quality management level of construction enterprises is an important aspect of improving the efficiency of water conservancy project quality supervision.From the perspective of construction project quality supervision agencies,a comprehensive evaluation index system for engineering quality management of construction enterprises has been established to summarize and sort out the quality evaluation index system for water conservancy projects,identify key supervision items and locations,and improve the efficiency of water conservancy project supervision.Design case analysis,the results show that the experimental group's supervision and management delay time is shorter,which can solve the problem of long delay time of traditional water conservancy project quality supervision and management.
