摘要
以MG100/1110-GWD型采煤机的扭矩轴为研究对象,采用有限元仿真分析方法结合优化目标,对U型槽扭矩轴的结构尺寸进行了优化。仿真计算表明,优化后的扭矩轴能够保障生产所需动力的传递,在结构方面的可靠性与对零部件的保护性更强,能满足工程的实际应用需要。
Taking the torque shaft of MG100/1110-GWD shearer as the research object,the structural size of U-groove torque shaft is optimized by using finite element simulation analysis method and optimization objective.The simulation results show that the optimized torque shaft can ensure the transmission of power required for production,has stronger structural reliability and protection for parts,and can meet the practical application needs of engineering.
