摘要
为降低带式输送机的能耗以及避免运输过程中的撒料现象和磨损现象,从带式输送机受料段的特性入手,对导料槽的结构进行改进。通过理论计算并结合实践经验,采用1500 mm的导料槽长度。试验结果显示,改进后的导料槽未出现撒料和堆积现象。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor and avoid the scattering and wear phenomenon in the transportation process,starting with the characteristics of the receiving section of the belt conveyor,the structure of the guide chute is improved.Through theoretical calculation and practical experience,1500 mm guide chute length is adopted.The test results show that the improved guide chute has no scattering and accumulation.
