摘要
为解决空压机噪声声压级大、频率低以及传播距离远、污染范围大的问题,在对空压机噪声特性分析的基础上,提出采用消音器对空压机噪声进行控制的思路,对消音器的关键参数进行确定,并基于FLUENT软件对其阻力特性进行分析,通过实验对其实际降噪效果进行评估,均取得理想结果。
In order to solve the problems of large sound pressure level,low frequency,long propagation distance and large pollution range,based on the analysis of noise characteristics of air compressor,the idea of controlling air compressor noise is proposed,the key parameters of the silencer were determined.This paper analyzed the resistance characteristics based on FLUENT software and evaluate the actual noise reduction effect through experiments.The actual noise reduction effect was evaluated and ideal results were obtained.
