摘要
为进一步提升掘进机设备的掘进效率和巷道的成型质量,降低设备的能耗,进而降低煤矿的生产成本,对截割头长度、直径、锥角以及截齿螺旋头数、螺旋升角、不同工况下的截割角度等参数进行初步确定,并着重基于数值模拟手段对不同工况下截割角度进行最优化设计,从根本上降低实际截割过程中设备的振动及能耗。
In order to further improve the tunneling efficiency of TBM equipment and the molding quality of roadway,reduce the energy consumption of equipment and then reduce the production cost of coal mine,the cutting head length,diameter,cone angle and number of tooth spiral heads,spiral lifting angle and cutting angle under different working conditions are preliminarily determined.Finally,the final design of the cutting angle under different working conditions is emphasized based on the numerical simulation means to fundamentally reduce the vibration and energy consumption of the equipment in the actual cutting process.
