摘要
对液压支架的静力学性能进行有限元模拟分析,依据分析结果,对承受应力较大的顶梁结构进行优化计算。结果表明,优化后的顶梁受到的应力减小,且其自身的重量有所下降,优化效果较好。可将该优化方案应用到液压支架的其他构件的优化中,以提高液压支架的整体性能。
Conduct finite element simulation analysis on the static properties of hydraulic support and optimize the top beam structure with great stress.The results show that the stress of the optimized top beam decreases,and its own weight decreases,and the optimization effect can be applied to other components of the hydraulic support to improve the overall performance of the hydraulic support.
