摘要
为助力一种动力稳定可靠、性能更加出色、环境污染程度最低的挖掘机动力系统的研发,对挖掘机动力系统的并联式、串联式和混联式三种混合动力方案进行研究。从工作效率、经济性能和产品体积等角度对比分析,发现并联式油液混合动力系统具有能耗低、动力足和结构紧凑的优点,最适合作为6 t级挖掘机的动力系统。
In order to assist the research and development of an excavator power system with stable and reliable power,better performance and the lowest degree of environmental pollution,three hybrid power schemes of excavator power system are studied:parallel,series and hybrid.From the perspective of working efficiency,economic performance and product volume,it is found that the parallel oil-liquid hybrid system has the advantages of low energy consumption,sufficient power and compact structure.It is the most suitable power system for the 6 t excavator.
