摘要
鉴于传统设计的离心泵存在周期长且与实际生产需求有一定的差距等问题,以流体力学(CFD)为研究方法,以离心泵的主要工作部件即叶轮为研究对象,分析其叶片数、叶轮的进出口直径等参数对多级离心泵性能的影响。研究内容主要包括通过设定以上各个影响因素的参数值,分析各项参数对离心泵设计点性能、内流场以及H-Q曲线的影响,为后续的优化设计方案奠定基础。
In view of the problems that the traditional centrifugal pump has a long cycle and has a certain gap with the actual production demand,based on the fluid dynamics(CFD)as the research method,the impeller,the main working part of the centrifugal pump,is the research object.The influence of the number of blades,the inlet and outlet diameter of the impeller and other parameters on the performance of the multistage centrifugal pump is studied.The research content mainly includes setting the parameter values of the above influencing factors to analyze the influence of various parameters on the performance of design point,internal flow field and H-Q curve,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent optimization design scheme.
