带式输送机功率消耗的影响因素研究

Study on the Factors Affecting the Power Consumption of the Belt Conveyor

对影响带式输送机功率消耗的主要因素皮带带速和煤流量进行具体的定性分析研究。分析认为,带速和煤流量都会对皮带的载荷产生极大的影响,当皮带载荷增大时,皮带运行需要克服的阻力也会增大,进而皮带所需的驱动力也随之增大,带式输送机的功率消耗也增大。

This paper makes a specific qualitative analysis and Research on the main factors affecting the power consumption of belt conveyor,belt speed and coal flow.The analysis shows that both belt speed and coal flow will have a great impact on the load of the belt.When the belt load increases,the resistance to be overcome by the belt operation will also increase,and then the driving force required by the belt will also increase,and the power consumption of the belt conveyor will also increase.
