摘要
采用试验分析的形式,对不同切削厚度下滚筒的截割扭矩、截割比能耗及块煤率的截割效果进行全面的分析。结果表明,截割过程中滚筒的截割扭矩、截割比能耗及块煤率均与切削厚度呈现一定的指数关系,在进行滚筒参数的选择时,应依据截割效果选择最优的参数,从而提高滚筒的截割效果。
In the form of experimental analysis,the cutting torque,specific energy consumption and lump coal rate of drum under different cutting thickness are comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the cutting torque,specific energy consumption and lump coal rate of the drum show a certain exponential relationship with the cutting thickness.When selecting the drum parameters,the optimal parameters should be selected according to the cutting effect to improve the cutting effect of the drum.
