摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS探究材料性能、工作角度等因素对机械传动轴的影响,采用结构钢、铝合金、聚乙烯、钛、碳纤维等5种不同材料,对外径为1.5 in的金属和复合材料机械传动轴进行分析。分析发现传动轴的工作角为15°时寿命最长,而碳纤维复合材料的抗应力和安全系数最高,屈服抗拉强度约为6 GPa,安全系数为15。钛的安全系数与碳纤维相同,但钛的抗拉屈服强度远远低于复合材料的抗拉屈服强度。经分析对比得出,由碳纤维制成的角度为15°的机械传动轴为最佳的传动轴设计。
Fite element analysis software ANSYS is used to explore the influence of material performance and working angle.The mechanical drive shaft of metal and composite materials with an outer diameter of 1.5 inches is analyzed using structural steel,aluminum alloy,polyethylene,titanium and carbon fiber.The analysis found that the longest operating angle of the drive shaft was 15 hours,while the highest stress and safety factor of the carbon fiber composite,and the yield tensile strength is about 6 GPa,safety factor of 15°.Titanium has the same safety factor as the carbon fiber,but its tensile yield strength is much lower than that of the composite material.After analysis and comparison,the mechanical drive shaft made of carbon fiber with angle 15°is the best transmission shaft design.
