摘要
针对采煤机二级行星齿轮在冲击载荷的作用下极易产生故障的问题,分析行星齿轮的受力状况。以MG710-WD型采煤机行星齿轮为研究对象,以ADAMS为动力学分析软件,利用ANSYS牵引部行星齿轮机构建立刚柔耦合动力学模型,通过动力学分析,得到了各级齿轮动态啮合特性以及两级行星架的动态应力云图,进一步分析得出,一级行星齿轮受到的啮合力更大,同时啮合的频率也更高,由此导致一级行星齿轮在实际工作中更容易产生破坏。
The two-stage planetary gear is an important transmission gear of shearer,which is prone to failure under the action of impact load.Taking the planetary gear of MG710-WD shearer as the research object and ADAMS as the dynamic analysis software,the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model is established by using the planetary gear mechanism of ANSYS traction part.Through the dynamic analysis,the dynamic meshing characteristics of gears at all levels and the dynamic stress nephogram of two-stage planetary carrier are obtained.It is concluded that the meshing force of the first-stage planetary gear is greater.At the same time,the meshing frequency is also higher,which makes the primary planetary gear easier to be damaged in practical work.
