摘要
传感器技术被广泛应用于煤矿井下工作场所环境等方面的监测,但是存在其精度、可靠性和时滞长等问题,因此,针对半导体激光二极管甲烷气体传感器进行了分析,其特点为高精度,低偏差和无需二次校准,并且将传感器成功应用于矿井危险探测系统,实现了探测系统的高安全、多点、多信号监测。
The sensor technology is widely used in the monitoring of underground workplace environment in coal mines,but there are some problems such as accuracy,reliability and long time delay.Therefore,the semiconductor laser diode methane gas sensor is analyzed,which is characterized by high precision,low deviation and no secondary calibration,and the sensor is successfully applied to the mine hazard detection system,the high security,multi-point and multi signal monitoring of the detection system is realized.
