污水处理系统中石灰自动加药装置的分析与应用

Analysis and Application of Lime Automatic Dosing Device in Sewage Treatment System

针对当前污水处理厂石灰制乳投加工序存在的自动化程度低、劳动强度大、工作效率不高等问题,设计了一种新型的石灰自动加药装置,并在某污水处理厂进行了实践应用。结果表明,该石灰自动加药装置投加效果理想,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。

Aiming at the problems of low automation,high labor intensity and low work efficiency in the current lime milk production and processing sequence of sewage treatment plant,a new type of lime automatic dosing device is designed and applied in a sewage treatment plant.The results show that the adding effect of lime milk is ideal,which creates better safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
