摘要
在选取煤流量与带速达到最优匹配关系即带速可随不同煤流量变速运行的前提下,分析研究带式输送机在电气损耗和机械损耗的节能效果。实践表明,采用煤流量与运速相匹配的方法,可显著提高带式输送机的运输效率,设备节电效果显著,且机械损耗相比优化改造前明显降低。
Under the premise of selecting the optimal matching relationship with belt speed,the belt speed can operate with different coal flow rate,and analyze the energy saving effect of belt conveyor in electrical loss and mechanical loss.Practice shows that the method of matching the coal flow and transport speed can significantly improve the transport efficiency of the belt conveyor with significant equipment power saving effect,and significantly lower mechanical loss compared with the optimization and transformation.
