摘要
针对实装训练原理难以再现、频繁设置故障开展训练容易损坏装备等问题,对某型推土机维修保障实际需求进行分析,综合运用单片机控制技术、虚拟现实技术、系统集成技术等,设计了基于半实物仿真的某型推土机电液系统模拟维修训练平台。该平台为开展某型推土机电液系统维修操作训练提供了半实物操控模式下推土机电气系统、液压系统原理三维动态展现,故障同步虚实呈现、诊断与排除的逼真训练环境,创新了某型推土机的训练手段和方式,提升了部队实战化训练水平,具有重要的军事价值。
In view of the difficulty of reproducing the real installation training principle,frequent setting fault and training can easily damage the equipment,this paper analyzes the actual needs of a certain type of bulldozer maintenance support,comprehensively usingsingle-chip microcomputer technology,virtual reality technology,systemintegration technology,etc.Devise the simulation maintenance training platform for electro-hydraulic system of a certain type of bulldozer based on hardware-in-the-loop simulation.This platform provides a three-dimensional dynamic display of the electrical system and hydraulic system principle of the bulldozer in hardware-in-the-loop control mode,and a realistic training environment for the simultaneous virtual and real presentation,diagnosis and elimination of the fault,and innovates the training method of a certain type of bulldozer.This method has improved the level of actual combat training of the troops and has important military value.
