数字液压AGC系统的位置控制方法研究

摘要 根据液压自动增益控制系统和高速开关阀的特点,建立了数字液压自动增益控制系统模型,并对其内环进行了模拟及对比。为了在高速开关阀的应用下调节液压缸的参数,提出将占空比线性转换PWM控制分别应用于传统PID控制和模糊自适应PID控制,并对两种控制方法进行分析,得出两种控制方法对系统的影响。 According to the characteristics of hydraulic automatic gain control system and high-speed on-off valve,the model of digital hydraulic automatic gain control system is established,and its inner loop is simulated and compared.In order to adjust the parameters of hydraulic cylinder under the application of high-speed on-off valve,the duty cycle linear conversion PWM control is applied to traditional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control respectively to discuss how to control the parameters of digital hydraulic AGC system,and the influence of two control methods on this system were obtained.
