主矿井通风风流能量消耗最小化控制研究

摘要 为了实现矿井通风稳定可靠并减少能耗,提出一种对矿井通风分流能量控制研究的方法,即利用风量测量和通风系统的动力学模型,可以实现全矿通风机协调控制。实验证明,运用该方法,通风控制系统可以以稳定长期运行,而不必重新校准模型。所涉及的风扇的能耗降低了40%,且气流的可控性更强。 In order to realize the stability and reliability of mine ventilation and reduce energy consumption,a research method on the diversion energy control of mine ventilation is proposed,that is,the coordinated control of the whole mine ventilator can be realized by using the air volume measurement and the dynamic model of the ventilation system.Experiments show that the ventilation control system can operate stably for a long time without recalibrating the model.The energy consumption of the fan involved is reduced by 40%,and the air flow is more controllable.
