摘要
在充分考虑巷道实际情况的基础上,设计研究了无轨胶轮车调度系统,对其整体结构进行了详细介绍,主要分为井上和井下两大部分。分析了井上控制主站和井下控制分站处理器、定位模块、车辆信息检测模块等硬件设施。对井下部分软件程序基本构成进行了研究,重点介绍了车辆位置定位及其运行方向判断基本流程。将设计的调度系统应用到煤矿工程实践中,取得了很好的实践应用效果,创造了良好的经济效益和安全效益。
The dispatching system plays an important role in improving the operating efficiency of trackless rubber-tyred vehicles and ensuring the safety of vehicle operation.Based on full consideration of the actual conditions of the roadway,a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle dispatching system is designed and studied.The overall structure is introduced in detail,which is mainly divided into two parts:the uphole and the downhole.Analyzed the hardware facilities such as the main station and downhole control substation processor,positioning module,and vehicle information detection module.The basic structure of some software programs in the underground mine is studied,and the basic process of vehicle position positioning and operation direction judgment is mainly introduced.Applying the designed dispatching system to coal mine engineering practice has achieved good practical application effects and created good economic and safety benefits.
