摘要
为进一步提升选煤厂刮板输送机运行可靠性,降低其故障对选煤厂生产影响,在对刮板输送机运行过程中常见故障分析的基础上,提出一种刮板输送机保护系统,对保护系统结构、工作原理等进行分析。该系统可依据现场情况通过智能调节刮板链张力来降低刮板输送机运行故障。选煤厂使用刮板输送机保护系统后,故障发生率得以有效降低,可进一步提升选煤厂运行系统可靠性。
In order to further improve the operation reliability of scraper conveyor in coal preparation plant and reduce the impact of its fault on the production of coal preparation plant,based on the analysis of common faults in the operation of scraper conveyor,a scraper conveyor protection system is proposed,and the structure and working principle of the protection system are analyzed.The system can reduce the operation fault of scraper conveyor by intelligently adjusting the tension of scraper chain according to the field situation.After using the scraper conveyor protection system in the coal preparation plant,the failure rate can be effectively reduced,which can further improve the reliability of the operation system of the coal preparation plant.
