摘要 为了解决传统刮板输送机驱动系统功率不平衡、启动电流大的问题,以矿用SGZ1000/2000型刮板输送机为研究对象,对刮板输送机变频驱动系统进行设计,给出了变频电动机机械模型和基于SVPWM的直接转矩控制系统的变频电动机电学模型。通过仿真模拟,对优化后的驱动系统空载及满载机头机尾电动机输出转矩进行研究发现,优化后的驱动系统有效地解决了机头机尾电动机功率不平衡及启动电流较大的问题,可为刮板输送机驱动优化提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of unbalanced power and large starting current in the drive system of traditional scraper conveyor,this paper takes SGZ1000/2000 scraper conveyor of Dongqu Mine as the research object,designs the variable frequency drive system of scraper conveyor,and gives the mechanical model of variable frequency motor and the electrical model of variable frequency motor based on SVPWM direct torque control system.Through the simulation of the optimized drive system no-load and full load head and tail motor output torque research,it is found that the optimized drive system effectively solves the head and tail motor power imbalance and large starting current problems,which provides a reference for the scraper conveyor drive optimization.
