采用CAN线的总线模式,搭建了快速模块化的采煤机自动控制系统。该系统具有多传感器采集功能,在进行数据的综合处理后,采煤机可实现自动化作业。实践表明,系统的布置简便,便于维护检修,对提高综采的自动化水平具有促进作用。

Using the bus mode of can line,a fast modular automatic control system of shearer is built.The system has the function of multi-sensor acquisition.After comprehensive data processing,the shearer can realize automatic operation.The practice shows that the layout of the system is simple and easy to maintain and repair,and plays a promoting role in improving the automation level of fully mechanized mining.
