摘要
针对目前电牵引采煤机存在的设备复杂、智能化及自动化水平低、数据处理速率慢的问题,基于双DSP控制器设计了一种采煤机自动化控制系统,并给出系统的整体方案框图。硬件上对双DSP控制器、变频调系统进行了分析与选型,对变频器RS485通信电路、远程CAN总线通信电路进行了设计;软件上详细阐述了下位机程序的设计内容,并给出主程序的流程框图。经实践应用表明,该系统运行稳定,可快速进行智能决策指导采煤机进行工作,大大提高了采煤机控制系统的自动化程度。
Aiming at the problems of complex equipment,low intelligent and automation level and slow data processing rate of electric traction shearer,an automatic control system of shearer is designed based on dual DSP controller,and the overall scheme block diagram of the system is given.In terms of hardware,the dual DSP controller and frequency conversion system are analyzed and selected,and the frequency converter RS485 communication circuit and remote can bus communication circuit are designed;In the software,the design content of the lower computer program is described in detail,and the flow chart of the main program is given.The practice shows that the system runs stably.It can quickly make intelligent decisions and guide the shearer to work,which greatly improves the automation degree of the shearer control system.
