摘要
针对当前皮带机监控系统存在的稳定性差、自动化程度低的问题,开发出一套可靠性高、自动化程度高、功能齐全的皮带机监控系统。根据系统的技术指标和总体方案,确定系统的监控参数和系统组成,明确每个模块的功能,设计和制作每个功能模块的硬件电路,每个功能模块对应的软件均编写成程序,并设计了良好的人机交互界面。使用现场验证的方法,对每个设备进行了设计、制造和组装,从而进一步验证了该系统在实际使用环境中的各种功能及可靠性和稳定性,并在现场建立的试验平台上测试了状态监视、故障定位、参数设置等功能。
Aiming at the problems of poor stability and low degree of automation in the current belt conveyor monitoring system,a set of belt conveyor monitoring system with high reliability,high degree of automation and complete functions is developed.According to the technical indicators and overall scheme of the system,the monitoring parameters and system composition of the system are determined,the functions of each module are defined,the hardware circuit of each functional module is designed and manufactured,the corresponding software of each functional module is programmed,and a good man-machine interface is designed.Using the method of field verification,each equipment is designed,manufactured and assembled to further verify the various functions,reliability and stability of the system in the actual use environment.The functions of condition monitoring,fault location and parameter setting are tested on the test platform established on the site.
