摘要
由于目前综采工作面跟机自动化系统受地质条件、设备因素等影响,工作中会出现电液控系统位置设置偏差、总线通讯出现断点、采煤机在使用时机头及机尾出现移动等问题,针对此情况,提出运用综采工作面液压支架跟机自动化采煤工艺。基于自动化系统的工作原理,对中部、机头、机尾跟机自动化工艺及其应用效果进行分析。实践表明,该工艺既可提高开采工作的质量,又可保证开采工作的效率。
At present,due to the influence of geological conditions and equipment factors on the follow-up automation system of fully mechanized mining face,there will be some problems in the work,such as the position setting deviation of electro-hydraulic control system,the breakpoint of bus communication,and the movement of head and tail of shearer during use.In view of this situation,the follow-up automation mining technology of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face is designed and optimized.Through the detailed introduction of the working principle of the automation system,this paper expounds the automation process of the middle part,head and tail,and its application.The practice shows that the process not only improves the quality of mining work,but also ensures the efficiency of mining work.
