摘要 针对带式输送机处于工作状态时各零部件会产生较大的噪声污染,在对带式输送机产生噪声源及其机理分析的基础上,提出了减速器降噪、更换托辊材质、改变物料与料斗接触形式等可行的降噪措施。在王坪煤电公司的降噪实践中,充分表明了上述降噪措施降噪效果显著。 In view of the large noise pollution caused by various parts of the belt conveyor when it is working, based on the analysis of the noise source and its mechanism of the belt conveyor, this paper puts forward some feasible noise reduction measures, such as reducing noise of the reducer, changing the material of the idler, changing the contact form between the material and the hopper and so on. The noise reduction practice of Wangping Coal and Power Company shows that the noise reduction measures have remarkable noise reduction effect.
