后路椎间孔镜在腰椎间盘突出患者中的效果及对创伤应激的控制

The Effect of Posterior Foraminoscope in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation and the Control of Traumatic Stress

目的探究后路椎间孔镜在腰椎间盘突出患者中的效果及对创伤应激的控制。方法以2019年1月—2020年2月收治的70例腰椎间盘突出患者为对象,分为参照组35例与研究组35例,参照组应用小切口开窗术治疗,研究组应用后路椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组麻醉后30 min、术毕的心率(75.82±4.19)、(80.58±2.47)次/min、收缩压(90.57±3.19)、(87.13±4.02)mmHg均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.478、7.175、5.372、3.680,P<0.05);研究组治疗后半年疼痛评分(1.58±0.74)分,腰椎间盘功能(21.86±8.46)分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.349、12.465,P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率为97.14%高于参照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出采用后路椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗,有效预防术中应激反应,缓解疼痛,改善椎间盘功能,提高治疗有效率,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the effect of posterior foraminal endoscopy in patients with lumbar disc herniation and the control of traumatic stress.Methods The 70 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted from January 2019 to February 2020 were divided into 35 cases in the reference group and 35 cases in the study group.The reference group was treated with small incision fenestration,and the study group was applied lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus excision treatment under road intervertebral foraminal microscope,the treatment effect was compared.Results The study group's heart rate(75.82±4.19)beats/min,(80.58±2.47)beats/min and systolic blood pressure(90.57±3.19)mmHg,(87.13±4.02)mmHg were better than the reference group at 30 min after anesthesia,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.478,7.175,5.372,3.680,P<0.05);the pain score of the study group was(1.58±0.74)points and the function of lumbar intervertebral disc(21.86±8.46)points was better than the reference group after half a year of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(t=8.349,12.465,P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the study group 97.14%was higher than that of the reference group 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation is treated with posterior foraminal lumbar disc nucleus extraction,which can effectively prevent intraoperative stress response,relieve pain,improve intervertebral disc function,improve treatment efficiency,and have significant therapeutic effects.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
