A型肉毒素微切口显微注射治疗急性共同性内斜视后视功能恢复研究

A Study of Botulinum Toxin Type A micro-incision Microinjection in the Treatment of Acute Concomitant Esotropia and the Recovery of Posterior Vision

目的研究A型肉毒素微切口显微注射治疗急性共同性内斜视对视功能恢复的效果。方法选取2017年8月—2020年8月眼科收入急性共同性内斜视患者48例,采用A型肉毒素显微注射治疗,比较治疗前后患者疗效、视功能变化及并发症率。结果治疗后1周,治疗总有效率为95.83%,治疗后1个月,治疗总有效率为83.33%,治疗后3个月,治疗总有效率为79.17%。且治疗后患者斜视度、分开性融合、集合性融合、立体视功能显著恢复,与治疗前进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症上睑轻度下垂发生率4.17%,垂直斜视发生率4.17%,治疗后1个月完全消失。结论A型肉毒素显微注射治疗急性共同性内斜视操作安全,疗效显著,有效恢复患者视功能,是临床治疗的理想治疗方案。

Objective To study the effect of type A botulinum toxin micro-incision microinjection in the treatment of acute concomitant esotropia on the recovery of visual function.Methods A total of 48 patients with acute common esotropia were selected from the department of ophthalmology from August 2017 to August 2020,and treated with type A botulinum toxin microinjection.The curative effect,changes in visual function,and complication rate of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results 1 week after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 95.83%,1 month after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 83.33%,and 3 month after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 79.17%.And after treatment,the patients'strabismus,separated fusion,collective fusion,and stereo vision function recovered significantly.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of mild ptosis of the upper eyelid was 4.17%,and the incidence of vertical strabismus was 4.17%,which completely disappeared one month after treatment.Conclusion The microinjection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of acute common esotropia is safe and effective,and it can effectively restore the visual function of patients.It is an ideal treatment plan for clinical treatment.
