汽车企业碳中和实施方案研究

Research on Implementation Plan for Carbon Neutrality of Enterprises in Automobile Industry

随着中国2060双碳目标的提出,各行各业都开始关注并实施碳排放管理工作。汽车行业作为国民经济支柱行业,汽车整车及零部件产品的原材料获取、生产、使用和报废回收都产生了大量的碳排放。汽车企业积极探索碳中和实施方式和实现路径,尽快开展节能减排并实现碳中和,对于实现国家2060年碳中和的目标具有非常重要的意义。对汽车行业碳中和实施实体、选定标的物、实施流程、量化方法、碳减排、碳抵消、碳中和声明和碳信息披露方面进行研究分析,以期对汽车行业开展组织、产品层面碳中和的实施、认定工作进行指导。

After putting forward the proposal of China’s 2060 Double Carbon Targets,all industries begin to place considerable value on carbon emission management and following work is carried out as well.As a pillar industry of the national economy,the acquiring,producing,utilization and scrapping as well as recycle of raw materials for vehicles and their spare parts produce a large amount of carbon emissions.It is of great significance for the automobile industry to actively explore the implementation methods and paths of carbon neutrality,to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction as soon as possible,to achieve carbon neutrality,which is of great significance for realizing the national carbon neutrality goal in 2060.In this paper,implementation entities,selected subjects,implementation paths,quantification methods,emission reduction,carbon offset,carbon neutrality declaration,carbon information disclosure in the automobile industry are studied and analyzed in order to guide the implementation and certification of carbon neutrality in the aspects of organizations and products in the automobile industry.
