老年2型糖尿病患者血清ZAG水平与脂代谢指标的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清锌α2糖蛋白(ZAG)水平与脂代谢指标的相关性。【方法】选取2018年1月至2021年1月在本院诊治的75例老年T2DM患者为观察组,另外选择同期在本院体检的志愿者80例为对照组。统计两组年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、ZAG水平、动态血压[24 h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24hDBP)]等一般资料,比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)]水平及血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平,分析老年T2DM患者血清ZAG水平与脂代谢指标的相关性。【结果】两组年龄、性别、BMI、24hSBP、24hDBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组ZAG水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FBG、2hBG、HbAlC、FINS、TG、LDL-C水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组TC水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示:老年T2DM患者ZAG水平与TG.LDL-C水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】老年糖尿病患者ZAG水平与脂代谢紊乱密切相关,其可能参与了T2DM患者的脂代谢调节。 【Objective】To study the relationship between serum zinc α2 glycoprotein(ZAG)level and lipid metabolism indexes in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).【Methods】A total of 75 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 80 volunteers in the healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Statistics of age,gender,ZAG level,ambulatory blood pressure[24-hour average systolic blood pressure(24hSBP),24-hour average diastolic blood pressure(24hDBP)]and other general data were collected between the two groups.After 2 hours of blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),fasting insulin(FINS) levels and blood lipid indicators[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]levels were recorded to analyze the correlation between serum ZAG levels and lipid metabolism indicators in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.【Results】There was no significa nt difference in age,gender,BMI index 24hSBP,and 24hDBP between the two groups(P>0.05).The ZAG level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,2hBG,HbAlC,FINS,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC levels between the two groups(P>0.05).According to Pearsons test,ZAG level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was negatively correlated with TG and LDL-C levels(P<0.05),and positively correlated with HDL-C level(P<0.05).【Conclusion】ZAG levels in elderly diabetic patients are closely related to lipid metabolism disorders,indicating ZAG may participate in the regulation of lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes.
