摘要 文中设计并制造了一种可用于测量气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)触头以及母线等关键位置温度的红外测温系统,可对GIS设备的过热故障进行监控和预警。本测温系统设计红外传感测温模组对温度数据进行模数转换、滤波、校准、补偿后通过远距离无线电(long range radio,LORA)协议进行无线传输。通过定制化的红外介质窗口和密封系统实现红外信号的通路并保证设备的气密性和可靠性。将测温模组安装于红外介质窗口,实现对测温模组的安装固定。针对触头和母线发射率低、表面结构差异大、介质窗口红外光衰减以及SF6气体对红外光的吸收和衰减等因素,开发了温度补偿算法,大幅提升了GIS测温的可靠性。该红外测温系统可以在10~150℃的温度范围内实现对GIS母线和触头表面温度的测量,并达到±2℃的测温精度,证明了本红外测温系统的可行性。 In this paper,a kind of infrared temperature measurement system for measuring the temperature at such key positions as contact and busbar of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is designed and manufactured,which can monitor and early warn the overheating fault of GIS equipment.The temperature measurement system is designed with an infrared sensor temperature measurement module to perform analog-to-digital conversion,filtering,calibration and compensation for temperature data,and then wirelessly transmit it through the Long Range Radio(LORA)protocol.The infrared signal path can be achieved and the air tightness and reliability of the equipment can be ensured through the customized infrared medium window and sealing system.The temperature measurement modules are installed on the infrared medium window to realize the installation and fixation of the temperature measurement module.In view of such factors of contact and busbar as low emissivity,large difference in surface structure,attenuation of infrared light in the dielectric window and the absorption and attenuation of SF6 gas to infrared light,the temperature compensation algorithm is developed,which greatly improves the reliability of temperature measurement of GIS.The infrared temperature measurement system can achieve the measurement of the surface temperature of bus bar and the contact of GIS in the range of 10~150℃,and reaches the temperature measurement accuracy of±2℃,which proves the feasibility of the infrared temperature measurement system.
