摘要 针对蒸发潜热的计算关联式进行优化研究以解决精确计算特定温度下的蒸发潜热值计算公式存在使用不便、精度不高的问题,本研究推导了国际单位制下的蒸发潜热与表面张力和绝对温度之间的关系式,并使用多项式的最小二乘曲线拟合,计算得出新的公式常数。与原公式相比,以水为工质时,使用新常数计算得到的蒸发潜热误差由0.18%减小到0.0135%。另外,本文对Watson公式进行改进,使用实验数据通过L-M算法和全局优化法优化常数,得到了常见的40种制冷剂对应的精度更高公式常数,平均误差为0.45%。关联式的优化对实际计算具有指导意义。 To solve the problem of inconvenience in using and low accuracy of the calculation equation for the accurate calculation of the value of latent heat of evaporation at a specific temperature,the optimization study was conducted in this paper for calculating correlation equation of latent heat of evaporation.In this study,the correlation equation between the latent heat of evaporation and surface tension and absolute temperature in the international unit system was derived,and the new equation constant was calculated by using the least-squares curve fitting of polynomials.The result showed that compared with the original formula,the error of latent heat of evaporation calculated was reduced from 0.18%to 0.0135%when water was used as the working mass.In addition,the Watson formula was improved in this paper.Experimental data were used to optimize constants through the L-M algorithm and global optimization method,and formula constants corresponding to 40 common refrigerants with higher accuracy were obtained,with an average error of 0.45%.The optimization of the correlation formula is of guiding significance to practical calculation.
