手术室内护理对合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染的防治

Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Incision Infection in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus by Nursing in Operating Room

目的探究手术室内护理对合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染的防治效果。方法将2019年4月—2020年4月到该院接受手术治疗且合并糖尿病的102例作为研究对象,所有患者按照入院时间分为两组,51例接受常规护理的患者命名为对照组,其余51例患者在常规护理基础上接受手术室内护理为观察组。针对两组患者术后切口感染以及并发症发生等情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者切口感染发生率(1.96%)、皮肤黏膜感染率(1.96%)、呼吸系统感染率(1.96%)与对照组17.65%、19.61%、15.69%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度96.08%与对照组78.43%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者空腹血糖(5.11±1.21)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.07±0.94)%与对照组患者(7.33±1.25)mmol/L、(8.08±0.89)%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病患者手术过程中实施手术室内护理,可显著将其术后切口感染发生率,有效提高防治效果,提升整体护理质量,值得临床大力推广和广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing in the operating room on the prevention and treatment of postoperative wound infection in patients with diabetes.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,102 patients with diabetes mellitus who came to this hospital for surgical treatment were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.51 patients who received routine care were named the control group,and the rest 51 patients received nursing in the operating room on the basis of routine nursing were named observation group.A comparative analysis was made for the postoperative wound infection and complications of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the rates of the control group,which were 17.65%,19.61%,15.69%,the observation group had a statistically significant difference in the incidence of incision infection(1.96%),skin and mucous membrane infection rate(1.96%),respiratong system infection rate(1.96%)(P<0.05),the observation group patient’s satisfaction with care(96.08%)compared with the control group(78.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group’s fasting blood glucose(5.11±1.21)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(6.07±0.94)%,compared with the control group(7.33±1.25)mmol/L and(8.08±0.89)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of operating room nursing for patients with diabetes during the operation can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative wound infection,effectively improve the prevention and treatment effect,and improve the overall quality of care.It is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
