优质护理干预前列腺增生糖尿病患者的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Diabetic Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的观察和对比给予前列腺增生糖尿病患者实施优质护理干预的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月该院收治的68例前列腺增生糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,给予对照组患者(34例)应用常规护理措施,给予研究组患者(34例)应用优质护理干预。统计两组患者的血糖水平、护理满意度、SAS及SDS评分等指标,并对比分析。结果实施护理后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、SAS及SDS评分分别为(7.2±1.4)mmol/L、(11.6±2.1)mmol/L、(46.6±8.0)分和(43.6±8.0)分,均低于对照组患者,同时护理总满意人数为33例(94.12%),多于对照组患者的26例(76.47%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理干预应用于前列腺增生糖尿病患者的临床治疗中,能够对患者的护理质量起到显著的提升作用,能够有效改善患者的血糖水平、提升患者的护理总满意度并实现焦虑、抑郁情况的有效缓解,可见其应用价值较高。

Objective To observe and compare the effects of high-quality nursing intervention for diabetic patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 68 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(34 cases)were given routine nursing measures,and patients in the study group(34 cases)application of high-quality nursing intervention.Statistics of the two groups of patients'blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS scores and other indicators,and comparative analysis.Results After nursing care,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were(7.2±1.4)mmol/L,(11.6±2.1)mmol/L,(46.6±8.0)points and(43.6±8.0)points,which were lower than those of the control group.At the same time,the total number of satisfactory nursing care patients was 33 cases(94.12%),which was more than 26 cases(76.47%)of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of diabetic patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can significantly improve the quality of patient care,effectively improve the patient’s blood glucose level,improve the patient's overall nursing satisfaction and realize the effective relief of anxiety and depression,it can be seen that its application value was high.
