硫辛酸联合普瑞巴林对老年患者2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Lipoic Acid Combined with Pregabalin on Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Elderly Patients

目的探讨硫辛酸联合普瑞巴林对老年患者2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月该科病房收治的老年2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用一般治疗及硫辛酸方案,联合组在对照组基础上加用普瑞巴林方案,1周为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。对比正中神经SNCV、MNCV及腓总神经SNCV、MNCV及MDNS、VAS得分。结果正中神经SNCV、MNCV及腓总神经SNCV、MNCV两组患者治疗前对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前MDNS、VAS得分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合普瑞巴林对老年患者2型糖尿病周围神经病变具有一定疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with pregabalin on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy in elderly patients.Methods The elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral neuropathy who were admitted to the ward from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with general treatment and lipoic acid,and the combination group was based on the control group;the pregabalin regimen was added,and 1 week was a course of treatment,this study observed 2 courses of treatment.Compared the scores of median nerve SNCV,MNCV and common peroneal nerve SNCV,MNCV and MDNS and VAS.Results The median nerve SNCV,MNCV and common peroneal nerve SNCV and MNCV were compared before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment compared with the control group,the combination group had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of MDNS and VAS were not statistically significant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the combined group and the control group had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with pregabalin has a certain effect on elderly patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
