眼科中新型冠状病毒的研究进展

摘要 目前新型冠状病毒感染在全球范围内大流行,导致患病和死亡人数急剧增加。新型冠状病毒主要通过面对面密切接触的气溶胶飞沫进行传播。传染源包括无症状的病毒携带者或者症状发生前的患者。从暴露到症状开始平均时间为5d,最早出现的症状是发热、干咳和气促,进而出现呼吸功能衰竭和败血症。有证据表明该病毒会存在于眼表及眼泪中,与患者眼部接触也可能引起传播,并且通过结膜途径感染可引起眼部症状,但该结论目前尚存在争议。本文通过回顾文献,分析病毒在眼表器官及分泌物中的证据,经球结膜感染途径,眼部症状及治疗等,为预防新型冠状病毒通过眼部传染及日常临床防护提供理论依据。
