The Role of Informal System in Construction Labor Management

中国的劳务分包市场规范程度低、劳动力松散流动,相较于正式的组织、制度,建筑劳务市场体系缺少,相应制度约束力不足。结合我国建筑劳务队伍特有的依靠血缘、地缘、人缘“三缘”关系维持的特点,仅仅依靠正式制度的改革明显不足以解决建筑劳务管理的问题,因此,研究非正式制度在建筑劳务管理中的作用,对转变中国建筑劳务管理理念,建筑劳务管理的健康持续发展都具有一定的意义。

Compared with the formal organization and system,the construction labor market system is lack and the corresponding system binding force is insufficient.Combined with the unique characteristics of the construction labor force in China,which depends on blood,geography and human relationship,it is obviously not enough to rely on the reform of formal system to solve the problem of construction labor management.Therefore,it is very important to study the role of informal system in construction labor management for changing the concept of China’s construction labor management and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of construction labor management.It has certain significance.
